What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Being actively involved! I like to know that my needs are important, so I make sure to give my clients the same respect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in elementary education as well as a Masters in curriculum and instruction. I feel educators are born to teach in any realm. I use this background as well as a background in construction to educate my clients in order to find what they are looking for without surprises!

My love of rehabbing and house building paved the way to a career in real estate.

what type haven't I worked with...As an educator I have always worked with a variety of people and I love it.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
I was able to general contract a home from the ground up. To be able to coordinate and work with contractors was challenging and taught me so much about the inter-workings of a house.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your research, pick who you connect with, not just the name.
