Excellent company to work with! I used them for both mold and asbestos inspection/testing, and I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They were thorough, explained everything clearly, and made sure the inspection was done properly from start to finish.
They were responsive, reliable, and provided the information and documentation we needed quickly. It’s hard to find a company that is knowledgeable, honest, and takes their work seriously.
I highly recommend them to anyone needing mold or asbestos inspection and testing. Great service and a company you can trust!

I hired Mr Mold Inspector after a home inspection uncovered potential signs of seepage in a basement (in a home I was considering purchasing). I wanted conclusive evidence one way or the other, for myself but also to share with seller’s attorneys (& my own). Frank showed up on time, prepared, and very courteous. First thing he did was to put on booties over his shoes. This demonstrated not only respect for the home, but in my eyes, also tremendous professionalism.
He asked to be shown the areas of concern. Once he was in the basement he used his experience and equipment to look for and test for mold spores. He took two samples for subsequent testing, explained everything in detail, answered all question, and in a day or so, his comprehensive report. Mr Mold Inspector saved me what could have been thousands of dollars in flood damage and mold remediation, not to mention the health hazards this situation represents.
I would not only recommend them to a friend or family members. I’d use the firm again myself if needed after a home inspection detected possible mold.

I had the unfortunate experience of a dripping water valve in a vanity cabinet. There was a suspicious odor. I had called around for mold inspection. Ultimately, I decided to go with Mr. Mold. They were courteous and professional. They accommodated me with same day service, even though it was late in the day.
Their inspector came out. Mo called in advance letting me know ETA. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, wasting no time evaluating, inspecting and gathering samples.
In the end, service was competitive and well priced. The final report was comprehensive, detailed and with follow through recommendations.
Glad I called them!

Mr Mold is the best mold assessment service in the area. Mike completed a very comprehensive assessment, spending hours inspecting and sampling needed areas and surfaces. This service is superior to any remediation service due to the fact they do not remediate, but rather provide an unbiased assessment. It’s not about selling you remediation for your dwelling; they truly are there to detect issues and provide details needed to solve the problem if one exists. Mike was very patient, and explained the process and even subsequently provided resources for remediation services. If you think you have a problem, call them and they will find the source for sure!

Incredible mold inspection company. Mike is amazing. Frank is amazing. They are very thorough and careful and don’t let anything slip by. Felt like I was in good hands and spent lots of time to really understand some complex issues. Ten stars. Highly recommend over any other.

Frank is the best! I called him after my home inspector found “potential mold.” Frank was there quickly & stayed in communication through the process. The inspection was very thorough and provided me with the information needed to move forward with my home purchase. I almost didn’t book a mold inspection but I am glad I did. Book the inspection with them! You won’t regret it
