I will treat your dog as if it was my own. Everything will be the same as if they were at home. I do not cage the dog unless the owner says that's what they want. I will follow everything the owner asks.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we will talk on the phone for a bit so I can answer any questions they might have. Then we will meet and talk a little bit more, so the customer can see my place and see how their pups will be living while they are away. Then on the day of drop of the customer will drop their pups off or meet me something whatever is most convenient. Then throughout their stay with me I will take pictures and send them to the customer so they can see how happy their pup is. Then on the day of pick up the customer would just call me an hour before hand and I will have their pup all ready to go when the customer arrives.
