I have a BS in Landscape Architecture and an AA in Interior Design and Decoration. I have been working in this field since 1996 and since 2002 working as a freelance designer in the USA.
I had given a break working to become a full-time mother and then went back to school for a masters degree.
Now I am back to the market and ready to meet with anyone who is excited about a change in their life.
I don't have a standard pricing system as it depends on the project and the time I need to spend for the details... I am flexible to work around your time and budget.
I have a passion for design and helping people creating spaces they dream. After graduating from Landscape architecture I felt the need to expand my expertise in the field interior design and decoration so I could offer full service to my city-living clients.
I have mostly worked on residential projects, following that hair salon, business offices and of course backyards and roof gardens.
I have done a lot of renovation in my house and my last project was my daughter's bathroom. It became a five-star little bathroom with a freestanding tub with jets, built in TV +internet+apple tv, shower, speaker system etc...
meet at least 3 different designers and gather information and offers for same details.
Educate yourself about your project.
Everything is hidden in the details make sure you know what you want and go through all the details.
ask your designer for options to come up with 2 or may be even 3 price ranges for the products and labor.
there are some hidden costs and always spare at least 10%-20% of your budget for such expenses.
Whatever concerns you may have you should discuss everything with your designer.
Then ask to visit an actual project that is done or in progress. Ask for a reference.
This will be plenty of info to make an educated decision.
