About
What makes me different from other groomers is the fact that I work at your pups pace. I do not push your pup to do anything that he/she is not comfortable doing, I find ways to get things done in way that suits your pets needs. I treat every pup that is in my care as if they were my own. I treat reward for good behavior and groom training for puppies or pups that have never been on a grooming table. I offer private appointments at no extra cost for the older more fragile pups and also for aggressive and anxious pups.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first meet and greet the pup, and explain thoroughly based on my impression how I will work with their pup. If there are any changes to the process I immediately call a customer to inform them and give them the opportunity to choose which steps I take to ensure trust between my client, and their pup.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an apprentice for 2 years before I was confident enough with my skills to take grooming into my own hands. I have now been grooming for 6 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing depends on coat condition, long or short coat, breed, and behavior.
How did you get started in this business?
I started out by searching for a job that would allow me to be around animals. Dogs happen to be my favorite animal and have been my whole life, and I have owned dogs my whole life, and I wanted to be involved in the care and help people care for and learn about the importance of keeping their dogs fur and skin maintained.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The only advice I could give as a professional and a pet owner myself.... trust what your dog is trying to tell you. If your dog walks in and a groomer immediately rushes your dog to the back, then this may not be the groomer for you. Make sure your groomer takes the time to properly introduce and meet your pup to insure a more comfortable environment for your pup after you leave. Another thing to pay attention to is their behavior when leaving. If your dog is behaving strangely after being groomed and looking a little anxious but doesn' have history of behaving in that way...this might be another huge red flag.
