Founded in 2017 by Austin Scherr; Certified Pet Groomer, Insured Dog Walker and Pet Sitter. Devoted to providing excellent care to animals.
At the age of 5, Austin could’ve told you she was going to work with animals one day. Whether a veterinarian, breeder, rescuer, trainer, groomer, or zoo keeper the goal has always been the same; to provide quality care and love to animals. Austin has been working with animals since she was fourteen years old; it is not only her passion, but her purpose.
Since completing her dog grooming certification in 2015, Austin has put her skills to work at a grooming shop, as an assistant manager at a dog kennel, and as a brand ambassador for a marketing company. Through these experiences, her business idea has been shaped and forged.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please send an email to [email protected] to request a service. In response, you will receive paperwork to fill out prior to setting up a meeting. After that, any services requested will be confirmed and an email receipt will be sent upon completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Austin is an ABC Certified Groomer, and she has worked with pets since she was 14 years old. Firesteel Co. offers insured and bonded pet care.
