What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding what there requests are. Going over any questions they have. Asking new customer if there pet has any medication or medical issues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with pets since I was a child. I have worked at vet's office doing bathing grooming cleaning kennels. Hold pets for doctors and techs. I have diploma in canine specialist and vet assistant. I have been grooming for 16 yrs and boarding pets as well.

My standard pricing system is based on breed location.
How did you get started in this business?
Since as a child my grandparents raised different breeds and I kept them groomed. Then I started working with different breeders and then at a vet office.
