We are a full service daycare, boarding, grooming and dog walking facility that has been servicing Hoffman Estates and the surrounding area for 3 years. We love being able to provide a safe and fun environment for our customer's dogs to play all day!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all new daycare clients we require a temperament evaluation to make sure we can provide the best environment possible. It is a minimum of 4 hours and is free of charge. During the temperament evaluation we will bring the new dog into one of our open air dog runs and let him/her settle down and get used to the new sights, smells and sounds. Once we feel the dog is comfortable we introduce dogs one by one and then it's playtime!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We offer both full and half days of daycare. A full day is $33 and a half day is $23.We also have 8, 16 and 24 day packages that offer daycare at a discounted rate.
Overnight boarding is $49 and includes a full day of daycare and overnight supervision.
Dog Walks are $18 per walk.
Grooming starts at $20 for a bath and $40 for a full service hair cut.
