What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Home Buying Can Be Easy
As your buying agent, I can help streamline the process of buying a home and make it easier for you. I’ve aligned myself with the top professionals in the industry, and once an offer has been accepted, I will personally help facilitate the process to close on the home. By working closely with mortgage brokers, title and escrow companies, home inspectors, and home warranty companies I will provide you with the best service possible!
How did you get started in this business?
Mary, CO-founder and owner of Signature Select Properties, has been in the real estate business for the past 13 years. She has worked as an office manager at a large real estate firm in Chicago, as well as an assistant to a few top 1% producing Chicago agents learning from the best in the business.
Mary’s expertise also comes from her family; her grandfather has been a multi-unit investor in Chicago for the past 40 years and has been a true role model. She understands that real estate is a hard, wonderful business and that client relationships are a lifetime commitment. Mary’s personal drive of enthusiasm and commitment to client services makes her a great Realtor to work with. She understands that dedication, negotiation skills, client communication and availability throughout the transaction are very important.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mary works well with experienced buyers and sellers, as well as 1st time homebuyers and renters and enjoys educating them on the process. She is experienced with condo, town homes, single-family home sales and managing/owning investment property. In the past she has managed her grandfathers building and understands the business of being a Landlord. She has also worked on development teams in Chicago, which gave her great appreciation for new construction and rehab work.

Whether buying or selling, interview more than one agent and ask lots of questions.
