Kelly was the absolute best. She took out the headache of matching colors and making everything flow perfectly. She always provided us with updated samples and saved us time from running back and forth to the store. When it came to picking out kitchen cabinets, she was very knowledgeable and honestly know more details than the people at the store. She knows her job very well, and is very professional. I always recommend her. She has great communication skills and great person to lean on. If she doesnt know the answer, she will find out promptly. She takes her job very serious and works hard for her clients. We used Kelly as our interior designer when we built a brand new house. She knocked the job out of the park.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My initial consultation is free of charge. It typically take anywhere from 30 minutes to and hour. At this consultation we will talk about your projects, timeline and budget. After the initial consultation I will come up with a Letter of Agreement (LOA) which is a proposal that would include the Scope of Work and the amount of estimate hours I think it would take to complete the project. Once the client signs on, we then set up a meeting to conduct a measure and to review in details the scope of the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bacherlors in Fine Arts- Interior design and have working as a designer for over 10 years.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Do your research and find a designer that is flexiable and you feel comfortable with. Just because their personal style might not be the same as yours, doesn't mean they can't design for you. A good designer will be able to design and adjust to your style and needs.
