What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I meet with the property owner on site and discuss the needs and wants of the project. I then prepare a proposal for architectural services that contains a specific scope, a time line of getting the work completed and a total lump sum fee all inclusive of reimbursable costs. In addition, a specific payment schedule based on completing certain aspects of the work.
