I just like making my customers happy with the work and price that they paid for it. I started learning my trade with my father at 12 years old. Started working for myself at 22 years old. Now 61 years old I never say I've seen it all. When I took my certification test I didn't know it was an open book test and didn't bring my code book when I was tested. We were to write out our answers out of 100 questions we had to score at least a 90% to be certified. I scored a 96 out of a hundred.

First I find out what the customer needs or wants and maybe make suggestions, then I schedule a day and time to look at the work, after giving them a quote, I have them scheduled to do the work.
