We service homes in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, and Will county."I chose to start this company because I love fireplaces, heights, and challenges! I have worked in this industry for many years and for the so called "service, not sales" companies. As a homeowner, I greatly appreciate integrity and a no BS approach to true service. Until the founding of Valor, all I had found was hard core sales, quotas, and less than acceptable quality in workmanship. I founded and built Valor Chimney Services Corporation to reform a tainted industry one homeowner at a time. It is our mission at Valor not only to provide exemplary service with integrity as our foundation, but to take the time to educate our customers on fire/structural safety and the codes and standards that exist to preserve them."

We are NATIONALLY CERTIFIED by The CHIMNEY SAFETY INSTITUTE OF AMERICA, to service and repair ALL fireplace and chimney types, including but not limited to: Chimney RE-LINING, RE-CONSTRUCTION, Inspection and maintenance / Masonry and Pre-Fabricated/Factory Built Fireplaces, ALL contemporary Natural Gas Fireplaces including code compliant GAS LINE installation and We are bonded and insured.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Price is not always the most important factor in the decision-making process. Most homeowners do not understand the details of fireplace construction and the clearance requirements. That is why there is a need for CSIA Certified Chimney Sweeps to perform those inspections. The inspection process requires much more skill than simply sweeping the chimney. It is quite possible to receive varying inspection reports on the same chimney, but you can rely on CSIA Certified Chimney Sweeps to discuss their findings and present options in a way which will allow you to make an informed decision bout Your Chimney & Venting System
