What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with either going to the sellers home so they can show me around, or talking with a buyer on the phone to find out their buying/housing needs. After we have established a sales price or picked out a few homes to view, we search until we either find the perfect buyer for your listing or find the perfect home, if you’re a buyer. Then we have an inspection, go into attorney review, and move towards the closing. (This is a very condensed version of what we do.)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Managing Brokers license, as well as many designations, some of which take years to achieve. ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative, CNC (Certified Negotiation Consultant), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource), SRS (Sales Representative Specialist).
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you pick an agent you’re comfortable communicating openly with, and you feel will do the best representing your needs.
