What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always meet with my customers face to face at our intial meeting, whether they are buyers or sellers. With buyers, we sit a take the time to discuss the specifics of their home search. At seller appointments, I take the time to look through the home with sellers, take some photos for my own personal use, and discuss the sales process in its entirety.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the real estate industry for 20 years. I have my Certified Residential Specialist certification, the highest certification awarded to Real Estate agents.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in the Real Estate industry right after graduating high school with a part time job at a commercial Real Estate firm. There I got my first taste of real estate and from there, I never looked back! I was mentored by one of the top agents in the State of Illinois for many years and I learned so much during my time with her, I pass along all I have learned through years to my clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with everyone from first time homebuyers to seasoned overseas investors.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was just made the Secretary of the Housing Commission for the City of Wheaton where I live.
