What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*Grooming is by appointment only*
Grooming appointments are a drop-off and pick-up service. When you arrive, we will go over what type of haircut/groom you would like for your pet and you fill out a "new client form." Allow me 2 to 4 hours to finish your pet's groom, although it could be sooner than that. Actual length of time varies and is dependent upon several factors including pet's behavior, breed, drying time, and size. I will CALL you as soon as your pet is ready to be picked up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the pet industry for 10 years and have been grooming dogs for a little over 5 years.
