What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have a meet and greet with owner and pet. If we are hired we create a profile for the pet and get instructions and get access (key or code).
We give a text, email or call to the owner to verify the first visit was completed and share our experience with their pet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 5 years of experience.We are pursuing certification in pet CPR.
