I am a National Certified Master Groomer with over 35 years experience. I am an award winning groomer. Was ranked one of the top ten groomers from 2001-2007 after which I retired from competition and began traveling the world teaching dog grooming, giving seminars, and judging dog grooming competitions. I am a third generation groomer. We are a small shop with just my husband and myself. Both of us are certified in animal CPR and first aid. We strive to continue our education so that we can service our clients better.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know that animal I am working with, we go slow as to get an animal accustomed to the grooming process. Majority of dogs do not care for the grooming process, we strive to change that so that a client dog enjoys coming. It isn't an overnight process it takes time.
