Hi. My name is Shannon.I am a certified. Dog and Cat groomer. I've been in the grooming field for 18 years. I accept cash/credit. There's an additional charge for credit. My services include any style haircut, bath and blow dry, clipping of the nails, ear cleaning and/or plucking the hair in the ears. If your pet is matted, or has knotted up hair there will be an extra charge. The groom will take 90 minutes. I focus on your pet only. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My experience Grooming both Dogs and Cats. Get my customers info including what type of pet, name of the pet as well. Ask if the pet is matted and work within my customers schedule. I educate my customers on food, and health of the pet to prevent the customer from getting a big vet bill.
