Quality Truck & Trailer Repair has been around the Chicagoland area for quite some time. Our operations are handled by 2 large facilities equipped with over 30 bays. Both facilities house EPA approved spray booths and one is outfitted with a sandblasting bay. A mobile service fleet of 15 trucks is also ready for dispatch at any time. We have a well-stocked parts department insures that all customer repair requirements are met in a timely and cost effective manner. We also provide free estimates and price quotations.
Quality’s depot is available 24/7 for immediate access to customer-stored equipment. The depot is also equipped to handle minor repairs like tire replacement, lights, mud flaps, door cables, hinges, etc. Currently we can accommodate storage for up to 6000 chassis and about 2000 trailers. Our express service technicians and depot personnel will do their best to fully accommodate your needs.
I truly appreciate the customer satisfaction that Quality brings to its customers. We always strive to provide the best service and beyond. Knowing that the customer is truly happy with his choosing in our service allows us to know that we are doing our service at the highest quality. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Have the customer give all specifics on their needs, and see if Quality can provide.
2. If we are bale to do the service then we will most likely give a quote before naything is done and go from there. If we cant provide we will see if there is someone in our contacts that can and give it to them.
At quality we truly prosper on our relationships with our customers. Many of times when we dont provide a service for the customer the first time, they will return for a different project. In some cases the customer provides a service the we end up using as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians and mechanics are certified through training. Our front office is run by people who have gained knowledge just from work year expierence so they truly know the best places to go for parts needed or addional services.
