What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a discovery meeting in person or on the phone, to figure out the motivation of our client. Once we determine what their motivation is, we can develope a plan of action and explain the process to our clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having closed over 75 transactions in 2 years means we have tons of real world experience which is always better than education by itself. That being said, we both have college degrees and have been involved in construction and flipping homes for over 10 years. Having the experience in construction gives us an advantage of knowing exactly how a home works, how it is built, and costs associated with all the different aspects of construction, renovation, and repair. We are able to use this knowledge to help our clients make informed decisions and we have the resources to get things done.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Since everyone's situation is different, we do not have a standard rate for services. We believe in having a flexible rate system based on our clients’ needs that gives them more choices on what direction they might want to go in.
How did you get started in this business?
De Keia loves helping people and loves seeing properties, so she decided to merge the two together into a career. Robby was a general contractor that started flipping homes, so he decided to get his license to help others do the same.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers. First-time home buyers, investors, downsizers, retirees, and trading uppers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The joy and thankfulness we recieve from our clients after a successful closing are always the best feelings.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It is important to understand that selecting a real estate agent to work with is much like entering a relationship. You have to feel a connection with the person and if that personal chemistry isn’t there keep looking, regardless of their resume. There’s no magic number of agents to interview either, you need to ask the right questions and go with your gut instinct.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Go over your needs and wants and analyze what is you want before speaking to a real estate professional, that way you can focus on what it is most important to you.
