What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A few preliminary questions via phone or email, then we schedule a time to meet and go over the buying and/or selling process. This will include a market evaluation, review of a real estate contract, financing options, and more. If all looks good, we sign a brokerage agreement and get started!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years in sales & management, including 11 years in real estate. Real estate designations include ABR, SRS, e-PRO, PSA, RENE.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
In every real estate transaction, the buyer funds the deal by purchasing the property. Commission for services is often paid out of the seller's proceeds via a cooperating agreement between the listing brokerage and the buyer's brokerage. Costs are outlined in the brokerage agreement.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Both buyers and sellers of residential real estate including single family homes, condominimiums, cooperatives, townhomes, and multi-family buildings.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
In today's age of the internet, finding homes is easy. A real estate professional should be one that helps guide you through the process with ease by having a strong knowledge of the industry and a patient demeanor that can handle any hurdle that can (and will) come your way.
