I strive to make the experience of buying a home as comfortable and stress free for my client as possible. I am extremely timely in answering my clients questions and concerns. If seller's are busy with work, I make myself available for services the home may need to help them out. I help buyers narrow down their list of homes by helping them figure out what they absolutely want. I also work with a team of people who are extremely customer serice oriented and the processes seem to flow seemlessly!

I love helping people with the next step in their lives! The new home buyer, a family looking to buy something bigger, or a couple looking to down size...whatever stage of life someone is in, I'm with them every step of the way.

I like to walk my clients through every single step of the home buying process no matter how many times they've been through

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I used to teach and while one may not think the education and the experience is relevant...I can assure you it is! I deal with the home buying process every single day. Most people only deal with buying a home 2-3 times in a life time. I try to lay out the whole process in an outline and guide my clients through it. I'm literally an every step of the way realtor.

How did you get started in this business?

I've always had a passion for real estate and a knack for helping people. I started out teaching kids and when I stayed home to have my own children, I shifted my focus on real estate and decided to combine the two passions in helping families find the home of their dreams.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all different types of people...New buyers, Move-up buyers, down-sizers and everyone imbetween.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Pre-approval...don't start looking for homes until you've been pre-approved by a mortgage lender. If you need a referral, I can help you, I work with several who are top notch!
