I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from North Central College in Naperville. I have worked in Real Estate for 12 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do not have a standard pricing system. Each home sale and home purchase requires a different strategy.
How did you get started in this business?
I started working for a Real Estate Hedge Fund right out of college and started my own flipping company witin 5 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of buyers and sellers throughout the Chicagoland area. Mainly suburbs though.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Closings are my favorite. Love when my clients close on a great deal.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire someone who responds right away. If someone keeps you waiting that will happen over and over. Realtors should be available 24/7 even on vacation.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask about brand recognition and about the exact area of your home. Ask for a real estimate on your home value.
