What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to go over the process of home buying or selling, hear about your wants and needs, as well as discuss your timelines and expectations to make sure we are a match. Then it's off to the fun part!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a law degree, which allows for some additional knowledge--but my real expertise comes from the sheer volume of transactions I've done over the years which allows me a vast pool of resources in unique situations.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with buyers, sellers, renters and investors from all backgrounds and experiences. My focus is based on building a relationship and a client for life, not a dollar amount.
