We have been serving both Sellers and Buyers in the Chicago and Chicago Southland since 1970. Our agents average 20 years in the busines. I myself, have been an agent since 1992, and have been the number one agent in our office since 1996. I have had the good fortune to represent over 1,300 clients in the sale or purchase of their homes. And I hope to do the same for you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a five point plan for all of my customers, be they selling, or purchasing a home. I assist with lenders, atoorneys, home inspectors, and any contractors needed to get the job done for you. I provide you with a personalized booklet to your specific needs, so that you are handled propely from beginning to end of the transaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Continuing Education Instructor for the Real Estate Field, which keeps me up to date with all new requirements in our field.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Altohough my favorite clients are first time buyers as they appreciate the knowledge I can share with them, I work with all types of clients from investors to vetera sellers as well.
