We are Chicago Metro Area property management company with over 35 years of property management experience. Since 1988, our passions have been helping property owners secure their assets, helping them avoid risk, and helping them maximize their rental income. In the process of providing quality property management services, we also help tenants obtain stable housing.
We offer Residential Property Management, Commercial Property Management, and HOA Management (Association Management).
A great majority of our clients are out of state and out of the country. Our clients are worry free because we do everything for them. Our approach is to provide a Full Service Property Management and we handle everything. From painting and remodeling, to marketing, tenant screening, lease signing, rent collection, maintenance, evictions, and beyond. That leaves no room for any co-management, so if you are a property owner who wants to sit back and have your property manager do everything for you, we are it. But, if you are a property owner who only wants some part-time help, or to instruct us how to do our job managing, and/or you want to co-manage your property with us, we are not a company for you. We do the best job when we have the freedom to do it right. Just as there can only be one Capitan of a ship, there can only be one Property Manager.
Since 2010, we have been managing properties in receivership for the State of Illinois Courts and the United States District Court Northern District of Illinois.
We have been closely working with property owners, investors, attorneys, banks, and judges. Our managing broker is an Associate Member of the Chicago Bar Association (CBA).

How did you get started in this business?
Started in 1986 working for a real estate development company. Became a landlord in April 1988. My first property was a 4 unit apartment building in Chicago.
