We stay a breast of the most current indoor air quality issues and the technology availale to help eliminate problems. We try and put ourselves in the shoes of our clients and understand their needs and desires from clean fresh air.
Meeting people and helping them with indoor air issues, both with education and products. Knowing that we are leaving families in better air quality in their homes than when we first were contacted by them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making contact with customer and getting an overview of what may be troubling the home in regard to occupants health and indoor air quality issures. Setting up a "Free" evaluation of the home or business. Doing an evaluation and then taking client through findings and recommending next process in potentially sampling the home or office. Quoting client cost of sampling and sending to independent lab. Providing lab results and Assessment documentation for the client in 5-10 days.

Certified by NORMI "National Organization of Remediators and Mold Inspectors" since 2006. CMI, CMA, CMR,
Attending continueing education classes throughout year to keep credits for active certification current.
