Personalized training by Certified Professional Dog Trainer. Specialized in training Service Dogs, Scent Detection Dogs, and Well-Balanced Pets. I Evaluate dogs for potential Service/work ability.
I am an AKC Performance Judge and CGC Evaluator.
I am well-versed in canine breeds, training tools, and canine body language. We work with the client to make sure the owners are comfortable with the training methods and training tools.
Making happy relationships for my clients and their family is a joy. Watching the faces of the human-canine bond when their dog improves and they, as a team, finally ‘get it’ is amazing and makes all the hard work worth it.
Kathleen is knowledgeable, considerate, flexible, never condescending or authoritative. She is motivating and very pleasant. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Kathleen is the best trainer I’ve worked with. Her knowledge and experience help me train my dog from being a rescue to a trained service dog. She will always be the one trainer I trust to train my current and future dogs.
She is very caring about her clients as well as the dog. She takes her job seriously and has fun doing her job. I would recommend her to train anyone’s dog.
Very knowledgeable breeder great
We personalize training to fit their needs whether it be well-mannered pet, PTSD Service Dogs or Competition Nosework, etc, to help clients locate, evaluate, and/or train their dogs to help in that needed area. We’ve even taken our decades in breeding German Shepherd Dogs and working within rescue to personally acquire the correct type of dog (or animal) for their special needs.

Shelter Dogs & their owners
In 2017 we brought back the Canine Iron Dog out of retirement. This is an event where people can bond through socialization, obstacles, and short timed run. All proceeds go to K9s for Veterans, a non-for-profit that provides shelter dogs and services to veterans that suffer from PTSD to help as Service Dogs for those in need. The Iron Dog is hosted by us in the Autumn.
