What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I do with a new customer is reassure them that there IS HOPE, and there is a solution to the issues and concerns they have. Then I sit down with them and access the situation so we can come up with an appropriate plan of action. We want to make sure everyone is happy and unlike others, WE HAVE A WRITTEN GUARANTEE OF SATISFACTION!

Grew up on a dairy farm. Trained horses, raised McCall studded zoology, husbandry, psychology animal behavior
