At your service is a combined total of 37 years of Residential/ Commercial concrete construction experience and knowledge. Our purpose is to bring your construction dreams to life. We provide you with a team of skilled and knowledgeable experts to assist you with successfully achieving your construction needs. With our experienced and knowledgeable staff, combined with our fortitude to finish the task on hand, you can be assured that your project, small or large, will be completed beyond your standards.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with our clients starts with an initial assessment of their project needs and to discuss their project ideas. We will evaluate possible obstacles, provide feedback and input to ensure their project is optimal for their home and satisfaction.
We move forward with a design review and a cost estimate for the scope of work.
Once the contract has been agreed upon, we begin the permit gathering process and contractor registration with the local municipality. We submit the Plat of Survey, Contract + Scope of Work, Certificate if Insurance, and Surety Bond if needed.
After the permit has been secured, we will inform the customer of our time frame to commence the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Construction Management degree and 35 years combined experience of concrete materials and concrete construction
