What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I learn about the customer's needs first in order to perform the job to their expectation. During the job, I like to give constant updates to keep the customer informed of the process. After completion, I make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with the work that's been performed prior to payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an IICRC firm (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) for Water Remediation, EPA & State Lead Paint Certified, Lead-Safe Certified Firm, Mold Remediation Certified, Fire and Smoke Remediation Certified, Applied Structural Drying Certified, OSHA 10 Certified.

We provide free estimates and work within the customer's budget and\or price point. We utilize the same software that the majority of insurance companies use, and will work with the customers' insurance carrier for the duration of an (if-needed) claim process.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Water damage project where we dried a day-care center ceiling with double drywall. The project was supposed to take 4 days to complete, but we applied enough drying techniques to finish within a couple of days. The job was supposed to be an insurance claim and it turned out to be invoice only.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for quality over quantity when seeking a provider. The lowest price available isn't always the best situation. Pick a provider who's willing to listen to you and your situation thoroughly to provide the best assessment.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
To the best of your knowledge when did you first notice the issue? Will an insurance claim be involved? Are there any barriers to entry (over-aggressive pets, stairs, alley way, narrow street, parking) for equipment setup? Who will be the contractor's main point of contact for the project? The size of the area (if immediately known) is always helpful when assessing the situation.
