Q & A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first introduce ourselves and ask them what we can do for them.  Based on their responses, we will inform them of our service fee for coming to their home or business to diagnose the issue.  Once on-site, we will quickly diagnose and provide the customer with a quote for the repair, and as always, the service fee can aso be applied towards any repairs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 15 years of hands on training working in the Heating, Cooling, Refrigeration and Appliance Repair insdustry (Residential, Commercial and Light industrial).  I started this Company 10 years ago and it has seen tremendous growht over that time.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

All priciing is based on the type of service required and is explained up-front prior to any appointments or work being done.  Once approval is given for all fees associated with repairs, the work will be completed.

How did you get started in this business?

I was away on busines one Summer and my wife called and said their was water leaking al over the place from the A/C.  A company sent someone over who literally ripped us off.  When I returned from my business trip, my wife excalimed, "You should start your own Company", so I did and the rest is history.

What types of customers have you worked with?

The only quetion is, what kind haven't I worked with :)

Describe a recent project you are fond of.

Quite frankly, there are so many, but most recently my business partner and I repalced a mini split system in an out-house that had sustained flood damage from the recent storms.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Ask a lot of questions and be comfortable with who you are letting in to your home.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

How bad is the situtation?  Is a pro really needed for this job?  Should I cal and ask for advise first (most won't give it, we will), Can I afford a repairat this time and what if it is expensive?
