What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

we spend a great deal of time determining what our clients are looking for, and frequently ask them to submit photos from magazines to help explain. We then develop a series of alternate designs which are reviewed together, discussing good and bad points of each design. The final design usually represents a combination of schemes. We like to involve contractors early in the process to ensure buildability and adherence to the budget. Weekly meetings are held during construction with all parties for a smooth building process.
