What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide consulting design services preparing plans to bid to general contractors. Our services include all architecture and engineering to build your project, including landscape architecture and interior design services, if requested. We also provide construction phase services to aide the home owner in managing the construction process. We typically work on a lump sum fee basis for our design services. Interior design is provided on an hourly basis as is construction support and management. We pride ourselves for partnering with our clients from the selection of a site through completion of construction.
