What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer getting to know my customers on a first name basis. It allows me to build a close relationship like they we're a friend or family member. It's all about first impression. I treat every person I meet with respect and dignity. It's simply the way I was raised to be. Im an all around honest, and reliable plumber consistently striving to better myself and my craft for my customers.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I use a flat rate system for pricing. No hourly rates where you get into people "milking" the job. It will always be upfront and straight forward. I like to tell people, "I'm a customer everywhere else." So I know from a customers perspective why and how I expect to be serviced.
How did you get started in this business?
I choose to get into the plumbing trade as soon as I knew I was going to become a father. I knew it was time to get serious about building a better future for my family. I also, like many kids always enjoyed playing with water as a child! I loved waterfalls and water scapes. One thing that really caught my attention was the modern plumbing world shifting to fancy body sprays and rain showers along with free standing tubs, and outdoor aqua scapes just to name a few. And of course, TO PROTECT THE HEALTH OF THE PEOPLE!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Choose a plumber who is fair, honest, and most importantly who can LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS AND RELATE TO YOU. Because we can ALL relate to one another in more than one way shape or form.
