What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with finding out the property location. Given the number of bedrooms and bathrooms I quote a price for the inspection. We discuss whether they'd like a radon inspection and finally discuss inspection day and time options. I encourage the buyer follow me through the entire inspection. I finish up by emailing the inspection report same day. Payment options are cash, check or credit card.
