Randy has lived in the Chicago Metropolitan Area for the last 27 years. He became a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in 2005, after many years of working in investment banking. Since becoming a Real Estate Appraiser, he has built and managed a successful Real Estate Appraisal Business, which enjoys an excellent reputation with clients both large and small. Randy’s background and experience have afforded him extensive knowledge of local Real Estate Markets. He specializes in residential properties in DuPage, Kane, and suburban Cook Counties.

Randy is a member of the Main Street Association of Realtors and Rockford Area Realtors. Randy is also an accomplished musician and member of a local band.
