What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet face to face. I have a checklist of their "must haves" and "nice but not necessaries" so I can really listen to and understand their needs. That helps me guide clients to communities, properites and prices that match those needs. Listening is key!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in English - I'm a great communicator! 30-plus years in senior executive positions in the public relaitons and marketing communications industry - I know how to meet and exceed my clients' expectations and listen to what they want, now what I think they want...
