I spend more time on my inspections than any inspector I Know, and I get my reports out the same day. My clients are welcomed to walk along with me during the inspection. With only a few exceptions, I inspect everything I have access to. Additionally, if I'm able to walk the roof I do so. I have dozens of great reviews in various venues.

Availability to come out the same day. Very detailed with inspection and findings. The report given was very detailed with pictures included. Report was given within 24hrs to my realtor. Very customer friendly and explained to realtor and I with showing us exactly what he was looking at and finding. Price also was very reasonable and satisfying . Also excepted credit cards. Most other only do cash. I would highly recommend
