What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will have an initial consultation either at our office or clients home. Buyers and sellers tend to have different objectives so if it is a buyer we will gather criteria the buyer needs in a home at first. For sellers we will talk about the market conditions and move into sales data for the past quarter.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being the Designated Broker for Eagle Realty I have completed every known form of advanced training in real estate. Many "Realtors" have certain designations. As a Broker it pretty much encompasses all designations.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Buyers do not pay for our services. We will show as many homes necessary to find the right place at no charge. When it comes to sellers there is typically a 6% list fee (3% to listing broker and 3% to buyers broker)
How did you get started in this business?
I was able to semi retire from a 20 year corporate job so real estate really fit me to where I can focus 100% on the business and clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Always the best! All walks of life from airline pilots to Doctors to Landscapers. We work with everything no matter what price point.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are full time in the business and if you notice they don't have your best interest at mind then time to move on.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Since this is real estate, customers should think about how long this professional has been in business.
