What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet with clients to gather a scope of what they are looking to do. Then we will work on a ball park estimate for the project. If we move forward we enter into a design contract where we charge a fee to have plans drawn, and the job bid out by all trades as needed. Then we will present a final bid price for the completed scope of work. Any fees collected for the design contract will be applied to the project and deducted from the total balance.

We have decades of experence in running projects and building homes.
