What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Programming meeting first at no charge to have direct communication about the scope and perimeters of the project. Create a design contract for review. After signatures - meet with client ( s) again to have an in depth programming session in order to begin design development. Design development is when all ideas are compiled and adherence to budget first happens. Design Development has many meetings - drawings - and specifications. Once the interior design and quotation is approved the project moved into Construction Documentation phase. When work is completed and all pieces are in place - the project moved into Completion Phase.
