We treat ur furbaby like family. We do a good job and we strive for an injury free zone. We also have a very strict zero agressive policy. Its not allowed in our groomers or in the pets we groom.
If u dont love ur job then being a groomer isnt for u. I love meeting a new furbaby and getting to know them. I also like getting a dog that is matted to the skin from head to toe and making them feel better. I love grooming.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have all new customers fill out a grooming card. Then we talk to the owner about what kind of grooming they want to do on their dog or cat while we are feeling over the pets coat to make sure the cut they want will work. We check the number and tell them it will be a minimum of 4-5 hours bit we always call when we are done grooming.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to grooming school and i have done apprenticeship also.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No we dont because each dog is different. Some a big, small, smooth coated or fluffy. Some can be very good and some can be very naughty. So we base price on a lot of different factors. Thats why we give price guesstimations and not qoutes.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I just started grooming an Australian Shepard. She is very scared and timid. Today was the first time she gave me a light kiss and the owner was very happy cause she doesnt usualy warm up to people. I love that her fur baby feel safe and happy with me.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Dont just look for a groomer that does a nice haircut ( that is imporant ) but look for one that really loves dogs. That treats them like family.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What kind of look that they want their dogs or cats to have. A puppy cut isnt a reall thing. So dont go into a groom shop and tell them you want a puppy cut. Instead pick out a length and a head type when the groomer asks u questions. They are only trying to get the most information they can to get as close tonthe cut that you want. The more questions your groomer asks the better.
