What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with a new client is short and sweet. We will schedule a time to complete a walk through. During the walk through I will fill out a checklist as we create a rotating cleaning schedule based on the clients needs.
We will discuss any allergy to cleaning products or if the client has specific product he or she would like me to use
We will talk about cancellation policy, I will provide a copy of my license and insurance upon request.
