All projects are by bid basis and we will work within your budget to get your oroject completed.
How did you get started in this business?
I am a third generation master carpenter, learning the trade by my father. I follow in the footsteps of my great uncle Bob who was a builder in the Johnston area. I trained under some of the top carpenters and builders in the area.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with home owners, business owners, farmers and local, state and federal government, as well as large and small corporate entities.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I sat down with a couple that had just purchased a newly built home, they hated the builder and had never had a good experience with contractors in there lives. After 3 or 4 meetings I understood what they had gone through and we had built a good relationship, the project went smooth, very little problems and the customer had finally found a contractor they could get along with. It was a fantastic project and the customer was very happy with the outcome.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Cost of the project should never be your only goal, we have found that many times a competitor is cheaper but has left out many aspects that we have included in our bid that they had not. Ask questions and find out exactly what you are getting. WrightBuild will always sit down many times with a potential customer to go over the potential project. We never email bids, we always go over the bid in exact detail in person.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask questions of the bid and never just take a low bid. There is more than likely a difference in what you will get for the price you pay.
