Templar Builders
About
I love watching a customers vision come to life. On projects big and small, watching them see their dream come to life is endlessly satisfying. I have been in the construction business for over a decade, I specialize in concrete, framing, and exterior social areas; barbecues, patios, fire pits. I enjoy building garages and sheds as well.
Standing back with the customer and looking at the finished result. Seeing the look on their face, seeing them feel pride in their investment. It's indescribable.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A sit down. A consultation. Finding out their vision, because that's where the job starts. I am here solely to facilitate the materialization of that dream.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over a decade in union trades has more than equipped me to fulfill any residential requests.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My jobs are priced per material, scope, and labor requirements.
How did you get started in this business?
I missed an OB appointment when my wife was pregnant with our son. I vowed I would never miss another important milestone for my family, and went to work for myself.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My business has worked with every conceivable demographic, and we intend to stay that way. A diverse clientele base does nothing but enhance our building experiences, and prepare us to better serve our new customers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Shop around. Get multiple quotes. And never go with the cheapest guy, it is a regret I have seen too many times. You will always end up replacing their work.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What they are willing to spend. Projects sometimes catch people off guard when the bids are higher than they anticipated. Research is key. What they absolutely must have. Separate wants and needs, it is usually an excess of wants that send a project north of a desired price point.
