What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a design questionnaire to get to know my client and their needs.
I would require a design fee to start.
Acquire measurements, either from a plan or room measurements provided my client.
Layout design based on the answers of the questionnaire.
Review the layout via Zoom or similar video chat.
Make changes, if needed during a video chat.
Provide a plan, elevations, front views, perspectives and panoramas that are virtual reality. If the manufacture's catalog is available to my program, I would use it. Generic catalogs are available.
Discuss the job with the person doing the installation.
