What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with my client and talk about what they are looking for in a home, location, size, price point, Pre-Approval with a lender, etc. Then we will look at what is available in the Market. When there is a home that meets my clients criteria, we go out and see the home. If my client says yes they want to make an offer, then we will discuss market value, make an offer, and get them into the home.
If you are looking to list your home, we will look at the market value of your home and the location of your home. We will tweek the homes appearance where needed to attract potential buyers toward the home. When a ready and able buyer makes an offer, then I will negotiate the best price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as an Accountant for 20 years before changing career to Real Estate in 2016. Since then I have had 159 CE hours of real estate training and have a designation for "Senior Real Estate Specialist".

Commission can be negotiated depending on the level of service they need. (ex... advertising and marketing costs)
The Buyers Agent Commission is determined by the Listing Agent.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always been interested in Real Estate.... it is fun!

I have listed residential homes and helped buyers find their new residential home.... Both resale and new construction.

Linda has great knowledge of the RE business and knows how to look out for her clients! She offers advice freely to help in the decision-making process. We recently sold our home of 5 years and bought a new home in a new neighborhood. I worked with my clients selling their existing home and buying a new construction.... the process was so much fun.... and we became good friends.

Find a Realtor that listens to you....
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should know their price point.
They should have an idea of what location is best for them.
They should know the size and style home they want to look at. If not, then their Realtor will show them many styles so they can decide what they like.
