Castlehaven Construction: We are GCs , state licensed, fully insured specializing in residential additions, remodeling and renovations.
We do upscale/larger residential projects including second floor additions, master suite additions, basements, kitchens , garages etc.
75% of our jobs are referrals or repeat clients.
We do not leave the job site till you, our client, are 100% satisfied-and final payment is not due till you are 100% satisfied.
Communication, before, during and after the job is started is very important-to that end we have a Project Manager on site every day and we give you an app that allows you to track progress, what will be done when, communicate with the Project Manager etc

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our method of working with customers:
Phone discussion: Scope of work, rough budget, timing, etc
Visit to your house, at your convenience. Like for all responsible parties to be present at the first visit.
If required, architectstructutral engineer visit.
Provide written estimate
Communicate, communicate, communicate
Sign simple contract and obtain deposit.
Start project at agreed upon date
